Develop Your Skills for Effective Collaborative Conversations

Here are a range of online demonstrations that depict a selection of contrastive collaborative conversations. You will be invited to reflect on what you notice about these conversations, spotting what works well and what does not when initiating conversations with your team, colleagues, peers, or manager.   The intention of the demonstrations is to share suggestions about how you might go about these types of conversations differently. You may be able to identify the structure and elements of positive collaborative conversations - giving you the chance to make better choices in how you approach them.   There's a booklet at the end of this track that supports your reflections while you're watching the demonstrations. Focus on what works well and what doesn’t work so well through what is said, how it is approached, and how it lands with the other person.
