Welcome to your Cambridge One Sales Training Programme. This training is designed to help you maximise sales opportunities, showcase Cambridge One confidently and ensure your success in the field. The course is also available in Spanish.
The programme is structured into four units to allow sales colleagues to learn about aspects of Cambridge One relevant to a sales call and to support adoptions. The units cover a wide range of topics, from the fundamentals to iterative enhancements as Cambridge One continues to improve and evolve.
Unit 1 discusses its key selling points, the admin and teacher profiles, and how to use them to refine your sales pitch.
Unit 2 explains and practises key Cambridge One tasks, such as creating classes or reports.
Unit 3 compiles a selection of the most recent enhancements to Cambridge One that are relevant for sales.
Unit 4 provides useful resources for sales reps and customers in different areas, such as training, support, marketing, training, technology, or pedagogy.
Finally, in the Review you'll find a quiz to see how much you've learned and a survey that should take you five minutes to complete.
