In this week you will learn about development at Cambridge, including our recommended learning approaches, learning programme and collaborative conversations - the way that we manage development and performance.  You will also be introduced to People Partnering, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Reward & Benefits.  We also recommend signing up for the colleague drop-in sessions which you can find under Optional Resources, where you can ask questions about the topics presented in this learning path.
