Welcome to Cambridge University Press & Assessment! We recognise that your onboarding is a hugely important step in your journey at Cambridge and we have created this learning journey to help to set you up for success.
To support you with your transition into your new role, we have created a modular induction program to provide you with key information about our organisation. The modular induction is accessible as soon as you join and provides you with flexibility over your learning. There are key modules to work through in your first 30 days, these include:

In addition, you have the opportunity register for one of the online monthly meet and greet sessions - a great way to meet colleagues that have joined the organisation at a similar time to yourself, to meet the Employee Experience team, and to ask any questions that you may have.
As part of your onboarding journey you will receive an invitation to attend our Conscious Inclusion course within your first 90 days at Cambridge. This session explores practical ways that we can use our understanding of diversity to reflect on our behaviours and how we consciously contribute to a more inclusive workplace in terms of respectful relationships with colleagues, our approach to decision making, and working collaboratively.
