Throughout the next 4 weeks, you now have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learnt in your real-life conversations.    Applications & Testing Checklist:  After attending the Practice Workshop, throughout the next 4 weeks, you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learnt in your real-life conversations.  Practice within three relevant conversations in your workplace to apply what you have learnt, whether these are initiated by yourself or by one of your colleagues. Use the 'Prep sheets' to help you prepare. Record your reflections from your conversations in preparation for your 'Follow-up' session. This corresponds to page 31 in your handbook. A helpful resource to support in this stage, are the reflection questions to identify need for conversations.  Check out the 'Optional Learning' channels for more in-depth development on relevant topics.
