This learning track contains online demonstrations of contrastive collaborative conversations. You will be invited to reflect on what you notice about these conversations, spotting what works well and what does not when initiating conversations about career development, hybrid working, wellbeing, and performance improvement.    The intention in the demonstrations is to share suggestions about how you might go about these types of conversations differently.
