Inclusive Recruitment and Selection

Our inclusive recruitment and selection training provides you five detailed modules that walk you through the process from beginning to end. You will learn how to recruit at Cambridge and be provided with all the tools and information you need to support you as a Hiring Manager. By the end of the training, you will have a rigorous understanding of some of the barriers that face different applicants - and the steps that you can take to integrate inclusion into the recruitment and selection process. The modules will take you approximately one hour in total.
