This page hosts the employee journey on preventing bullying and harassment at Cambridge.
We believe that all people should be treated with dignity and respect and we support and promote the right for all employees to be free from bullying, harassment, discrimination, victimisation or any other type of intimidation by colleagues or third parties they work with. As part of our duty of care to ensure our workplace is a safe and welcoming space for all, to raise awareness of bullying and harassment in the workplace and to encourage colleagues to take responsibility for their actions we have published the resources below to support employees and managers.
Below you will find a link to the Global Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy and the additional support on Connect summarising how to raise a complaint or concern and respond to concerns raised. There is also a link to the short animated video which we encourage all employees to watch.
If you have any specific questions or need further assistance about any of the issues raised then please speak to your manager or your people partner in the first instance.
